Becoming a Member

All trainers in this organization consider themselves positive trainers. "Positive" used here denotes methods with positive, good, holistic or healthy connotations. It does not imply that said trainers use exclusively positive reinforcement, as other methods may be appropriate in some circumstances. It is meant to imply, however, that the trainers associated with this membership will never use pinching, choking, shocking, hanging, physical force or other physically or mentally abusive training methods. Abusive training methods are defined here as those corrupt or degrading methods used to coerce dogs to do our bidding.
